Legal Requirement
The publication scheme is a requirement under Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Act promotes greater openness and accountability across the public sector by requiring all public authorities to make information available proactively, through a publication scheme.
The publication scheme is a guide to the information published by North Notts CREATE Ltd. North Nottinghamshire College has developed the publication scheme for the Further Education Sector in respect of its subsidiary North Notts CREATE Ltd and is committed to publishing the information it describes.
North Notts CREATE Ltd was established on 16 September 1993 as a wholly owned subsidiary of North Nottinghamshire College. The principal activity of the company is the provision of consultancy, research, education, accreditation, training, enterprise and conference and exhibition services.
