A Letter of Thanks
Bassetlaw Hospice – Strictly Learn to Dance Final 20th March 2012
I am writing on behalf of everyone who was involved in the Strictly Learn to Dance event to thank the media studies students who kindly filmed the evening for us. The event was held to raise funds for Bassetlaw Hospice and involved filming the show live on the night with an audience of 300 people. The students did a wonderful job, they really captured the atmosphere of the evening and all the dancers were thrilled with the fantastic memories they have created on DVD for them and their families.
Personally I would like to thank Darren Dutton and Elizabeth Mossop for all their help in getting the students ready for this event. All those involved were a credit to college and should be recognised for their contribution to a wonderful cause. Please could you pass on my thanks and comments to the team. We are truly grateful for everything they did.
I do hope that when we run the event next year we may be able to call on your students again to help us with this project.
