At NNC, as part of the celebrations for World Book Day on Thursday 4th March, Janet Higgins and Lynda Rose (co-ordinators at the Learning Resource Centre) held a story time for the nursery children .  The children, from the College’s Early Learners’ Centre, wore fancy dress outfits for the occasion and Janet and Lynda read stories to the children and every one sang nursery rhymes.  “The children enjoyed themselves immensely, they like to come down into the library to look at the books and story time is an extra special treat for them”; said Carla, the Deputy Nursery Manager.
