Residential Visit to Ilam Youth Hostel

Recently I was part of a group of travel and tourism students that went on a residential team building activity to Ilam Youth Hostel, in Ashbourne. All the students that participated really enjoyed the trip and would love the opportunity to return again. Many team bonding activities were organised for the group and we took part in several activities such as making rockets, making towers out of newspaper which had to withstand the weight of an apple on top of it for a minute. We also made a chair out of 10 balloons and one of us from our separate teams had to sit on the chair for 30 seconds without it bursting, great fun!
