To ensure your message reaches it’s intended destination, there are a series of pre-defined keywords which you should add to the start of ALL messages, even when replying to a received text.

Please find below a list of available keywords, together with the name of the person responsible for that account, plus their department.

Note: The account holder may not be the person you are replying to or trying to contact but may be able to pass your message on to the correct target in their department.
