Learning Resource Centre (LRC)

The LRC provides library and computing support to everyone at College.

Library Services

As a student you have access to materials and resources from the library that you need during your course of study, which you may loan for a limited period. Students will need to provide a valid ID card to borrow books from the library, which will be given to you during your induction period.

IT Services

All our PCs offer Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher to help you complete your assignments with access to the Internet, your email account, and Blackboard.

Additional Services

The LRC offers:

• Free black and white printing facilities
• Access to both a black and white and colour photocopier
• Study areas for groups and for those who wish to work individually
• A silent study room

And a range of specialist services including:

• Dyslexia/Dyspraxia Support
• Specialist Software
• DAISY Player
• Hearing Loop
• Braille Embosser
