This programme is designed for individuals working within an engineering setting and are looking to upskill their existing engineering qualifications. This qualification will develop candidates skills in fabrication and welding and enable them to achieve an industry recognised competence qualification.
You will study a range of topics including:
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Using and interpreting engineering data
- Efficient and effective working
- Fabrication skills and techniques
- Welding skills and techniques
- Gain a qualification while you are working on the job
- Support from industry-experienced and well-qualified tutors who have spent many years in the Engineering sector, and have specialist qualifications and knowledge
- Industry standard facilities onsite

You will need to be employed in an engineering job role and be able to cover the range of requirements for the qualification in your normal workplace
