This course will enable individuals who are in currently working within the automotive sector to gain introductory knowledge and skills with relation to hybrid and electric vehicles.
You will study a range of topics including: Electric/hybrid vehicle system components and operation Hazards surrounding electric/hybrid vehicles How to reduce the risks to yourself and others when working on electric/hybrid vehicles
Students will learn within industry standard facilities and will develop knowledge and skills of the latest in vehicle technology.
The candidate must possess a Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Level two qualification.
