North Notts College offers hands-on training and real-life experiences to help you develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of working in or running restaurants, pubs, bars, hotels, events and contract catering organisations.
Our facilities include the S81 Restaurant, where you’ll be able to perfect your skills in preparing and serving food and drinks to members of the public. You’ll also benefit from our recently extended and upgraded training kitchens with industry-standard equipment, learning about production and patisserie.
Developing your maths skills will help you in weighing ingredients, managing a budget and working the till. A good level of English will ensure you take the right orders, prepare menus correctly and read instructions quickly.
