AM2 Centre

North Notts College boasts a brand-new AM2 Testing Centre located at its main College campus in the heart of Worksop.

What Facilities Do We Have?

Recent investment in the relocation and build of our new NET approved centre has seen the footprint of the Centre and assessment area grow significantly.

The increased footprint means we now have an increased number of assessment bays, vastly improved welfare facilities, a new breakout space and an improved reception area.

With much closer links to the College campus, delegates can also make use of the College facilities including the on-site catering facilities at The Bistro which serves a range of hot and cold snacks, meals and drinks.

What Assessments Do We Offer?

We are approved by National Electrotechnical Training (NET) to deliver assessment of AM2 (apprenticeship framework), AM2S (apprenticeship standards), and the AM2E (experienced worker programme) from the 1st October 2020.

How Many Apprentices Can We Assess?

Every year we carry out hundreds of assessments, for hundreds of candidates enabling them to achieve, fully qualified electrician status upon successful completion of their assessment.
