Catering and Hospitality

The catering and hospitality sector employs over 2 million people in the UK, covering bars, restaurants, hotels, cafes and contract catering; and it’s worth a whopping £4.5 billion to the economy. Running your own business is also a common occurrence in this sector, such as owning hotels or restaurants or as a catering supplier.
