We couldn’t wait to welcome you to College in September, so we’ve put together this area of useful links and information to give you the lowdown on being a student with us.
We’ve covered everything from enrolment to financial support and have pulled together a handy list of FAQs that may answer any questions you may have before starting with us. If there is anything else you would like to know, please get in touch.
This year’s enrolment will be completed in two parts.
Firstly, you will be sent an email with instructions to complete your online enrolment at home. As soon as you receive this email, you will be able to log in and begin enrolling.
The second part will be in person and you will be given a date and time to attend college to finalise your enrolment. This is where we will double check your GCSE results and you will be issued with a timetable and your college I.D card.
We will send further information out to applicants over the summer. If you have any questions, or require any support with enrolment, please give us a call on 01909 504500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We understand that you may have questions regarding enrolment and starting college. To save you time contacting us, we’ve compiled a list of questions and answers that we hope will help.
Don’t worry if you still haven’t received your grades. You can still enrol!
All students are required to enrol at the start of each academic year. When you enrol as a student with us, you will be able to access the wide range of facilities, resources and services that the College provides.
You are advised to have these documents to hand when you complete your enrolment:
The online part of your enrolment is quick and easy and should take no more than 15-20 minutes.
Whilst we anticipate that the majority of students will be able to complete their enrolment form online, we do recognise that some students may need to enrol face to face. Please contact our Learner Recruitment Team for further information, 01909 504500 or email@example.com
Yes. If you are a returning student then you will need to complete the first part of your enrolment online. You will then be given a date and time to attend college to finalise your enrolment. If you are unsure about anything, please contact our Learner Recruitment Team, 01909 504500 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have completed your online enrolment you will need to attend college to finalise your enrolment. Once you have attended, you will be issued your timetable and college I.D card.
