This programme is designed to help people who are currently out of work or not actively seeking a job to move closer to employment.

This will give you all the essential information to help you decide if you want to join.

The programme includes:

• A free employment support course at North Notts College Campus in Worksop.
• Personalised, one-on-one support from a dedicated coach to help you overcome personal barriers and stay on track.
• A range of college courses to help you build key workplace skills.
• Application support and guidance to help you secure employment.
• Help with CV writing, interview skills and teamwork.

You will receive support, coaching and resources for a period of up to six months, with the goal of securing a positive outcome like a job or a place in further education within that timeframe.

What we expect from you

To get the most out of this programme, your commitment is essential.

We ask that you:

• Attend all scheduled training sessions.
• Have a minimum weekly review with your coach.
• Work with your support coach and openly discuss any challenges.
• Be proactive in your job search.
• Be punctual for all sessions.
• Be willing to learn and apply new skills.
• Complete four weeks of classroom-based learning for qualifications.
