Fees

Tuition fees need to be paid by you or your employer unless you are eligible for fees remission (free fees).

Where a course is for more than one academic year, tuition fees are payable each year.

Some courses do require you to buy equipment and this will be advised when you speak to Student Services.

Making a payment

Payment can be made by cash, by cheque, debit card or credit card and there are no charges for using your card to pay.

Easy payment terms are available. The college offers an instalment plan if your course fees are over £150. The number of instalments available depends on the cost and the length of your course and you will be asked to leave a deposit. All fees must be paid one month before the course end date. Contact us for more information.

Please note that once enrolled on a course, all fees will be expected to be paid in full even if you withdraw from your course.

Employer Paying Fees

If your employer is paying your fees, please provide a letter from them stating that they will be responsible for all tuition and awarding body fees with an order number where required for invoicing.

Advanced Learner Loan

Advanced Learner Loans are available for all Level 3 qualifications and vocational Levels 4, 5 and 6 for learners ages 24 and above.

Learners aged 19 and above who already have a Level 3 qualification will also be able to access and Advanced Learner Loan for a further Level 3 qualification.

Loans are required to be repaid, however repayments are not required until you earn more than £21,000 a year.

Refund of Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are refundable in a small number of circumstances, for example if the course does not run or if you are unable to attend on medical grounds. Awarding body fees are not normally refundable as these are paid to a third party on your behalf.
