This course provides an introduction to the skills and knowledge required to work in the health, social care, and early years sectors. You will develop an understanding of the different types of care settings, the importance of communication, safeguarding, equality and inclusion, and how to support individuals’ health and wellbeing.
You will study a range of units such as:

No formal qualifications are required. A genuine interest in caring for others and a positive attitude towards learning are essential. Applicants will complete an interview and initial assessment to ensure the course is right for them.
