Learners develop the practical English needed to report hazards, follow setting policies, and interact safely in nursery environments while building financial literacy around PAYE payslips and UK employment rights.
Ultimately, the program equips participants with floor-ready workplace behaviours to progress into nursery assistant positions, agency recruitment, or accredited childcare training.
