Worksop’s Got Talent 2026
Having raised over £185,000 to date, Worksop’s Got Talent is gearing up for one final show in the community. Scheduled for Friday, 6th November 2026 at North Notts Arena, the event will celebrate a decade of outstanding local talent, with proceeds supporting Cure Usher.
Contestants include two comedians, a gymnastics troupe, a drummer, the show’s first-ever ventriloquist, singers and other local performers. Doors open at 6pm, with the live event running from 7pm to 10.45pm.
Heartfelt Cause
Event organiser James Clarke, who was diagnosed with an inherited sight loss condition in 2015, has been the driving force behind the show. His dedication to raising awareness and funds for sight loss charities has helped the event raise more than £185,000 since launching in 2016.
Recognised for his charitable work, James was named BBC Fundraiser of the Year in 2023 and nominated for a Pride of Britain award in 2024. As the show reaches its tenth and final year, he hopes to surpass £200,000 raised for charity, leaving a lasting legacy for the causes he supports.
