The Motor Vehicle workshop at our Worksop campus will provide you with access to the perfect environment for you to fuel your future. You will learn from our amazing members of staff who have a wealth of experience in the Motor Vehicle industry and sharpen your skills with industry-standard equipment.

Equipment

You will learn your trade on a wide range of different cars, including Electric, Hybrid, Petrol and Diesel. Alongside our cars, you will also have access to top-of-the range, industry standard equipment, so that you learn with the tools you use in industry.

You will work with equipment such as:

• Motor vehicle rigs 
• Engines 
• Automotive hand-tools
• Air compressors
• Automotive heating and cooling system tools
• Ramps 
• Tyres

Health and Safety

The Motor Vehicle workshop is a safe and clean environment, where every student and member of staff undertakes continuous health and safety training. This includes a health and safety induction and training before using specialised equipment and tools. Students are also expected to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes coveralls and safety boots.
