At North Notts College you can get nationally recognised qualifications in a range of building and construction courses, including bricklaying, carpentry and joinery, plumbing and electrical environments. Once your training is complete you’ll be able to pursue a career in the building industry, or further your knowledge and experience with an Apprenticeship.

Our courses are full-time, taught by qualified lecturers with industry experience, and will give you a strong foothold in construction for the domestic or industrial sectors. You may also get the chance to achieve a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card, which will be invaluable to you and your future employers.

Careers in the construction industry increasingly require the use of maths and English skills in order to interpret plans, drawings and order materials accordingly.
