At North Notts College, you can get nationally recognised qualifications in a range of building and construction courses, including bricklaying, carpentry and joinery, plumbing and electrical environments.

Once your training is complete you’ll be able to pursue a career in the building industry, or further your knowledge and experience with an Apprenticeship.

Our courses and Apprenticeships are taught by qualified lecturers with industry experience, and will give you a strong foothold in construction for the domestic or industrial sectors.

You may also get the chance to achieve a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card, which will be invaluable to you and your future employers.

The Construction department has strong links with local industry, and you will complete work experience placements to meet key employers in the trade.
